Comparison
Treasury vs Bitrix24
Bitrix24 gives you a great deal of software per euro and none of it is about property. Treasury is narrow, finished, and about property from the first screen.
The claim
Bitrix24 needs a customisation project before it fits property work. Treasury is a property CRM on the day you sign in.
Side by side
Treasury and Bitrix24
Bitrix24 figures are global list prices reported by third parties rather than UAE quotes, and the implementation figure is a Dubai partner's own claim. Read all of them as reported.
Time to value
The project before the product
Bitrix24 is not real-estate software. A brokerage pays the licence and then pays a partner to make it into a property CRM, which a Dubai partner puts at four to six weeks and roughly AED 20,000 on its own figures. That cost lands before a single lead is answered.
Treasury already knows what a unit, a viewing and a reservation are, and what a portal enquiry looks like when it arrives. There is nothing to configure before the first client goes in.
Restraint
Less software, finished
Bitrix24 gives you telephony, chat, an intranet, a website builder and a CRM. Most brokerages use one of those and pay for all of them, and the breadth is what the learning curve is made of.
Treasury is a CRM. Clients, companies, pipelines, notes, tasks, messages, units and bookings, and reporting per brand and across every brand at once.
Honestly
Where Bitrix24 is ahead
Breadth per euro, plainly. A flat price covering up to fifty users buys a great deal of software.
It has an Arabic interface in the core product and we do not have one yet. It also has an established implementation partner network in Dubai, which matters if you want somebody local on a contract.
Asked and answered
Questions
- Does Treasury need an implementation project?
- No. We set the account up with you, which takes a conversation and an import, and there is no fee for it.
- Does Treasury have an Arabic interface?
- Not yet. It is on the list, and when it arrives it will be a proper right to left pass rather than a translated menu.
- Can Treasury handle several offices or brands?
- Yes. Each is its own workspace with its own domain, team, pipeline and templates, and one login sits above all of them.
- Why are Bitrix24's prices marked as reported?
- They are global list prices found through third parties rather than a UAE quote, and a UAE reseller may price differently. We flag anything we could not take from the vendor directly.
