Who it is for

Off-plan sales teams

An off-plan sale is a long conversation, not a transaction. The CRM's job is to make sure the conversation is still there in month four, in one piece, whoever is holding it.

The claim

Off-plan sells over months, not days. Treasury keeps the whole run on one record: the enquiry, every message, the viewing, and the stage it reached.

What you get

Built for the long run

Stages you name
Set the pipeline per brand, in the words your team already uses. Reserved, Oqood, handover, whatever the run actually looks like.
Units and viewings
Property records, viewings and booking links, so the enquiry attaches to the unit it was about rather than to a note.
One thread, whoever holds it
WhatsApp sent from the record and replies logged back on it, so a handover between agents does not lose four months of conversation.
The follow-up clock
A lead nobody has answered inside your limit moves to whoever has the fewest open leads, and appears on their day.
Sequences that stop
Multi-step follow-ups that end the moment somebody replies, so a buyer deciding slowly is never chased after they have answered.
A weighted forecast
Probabilities you set per stage, because a developer's reservation converts nothing like a resale proposal.
Per brand and across
Reporting inside one brand, and across every brand you run, without an export.

The problem

Long cycles break ordinary CRMs

A general CRM is built for a sale that closes this month. It is good at the pipeline and poor at everything that happens between the second and the fifteenth conversation, which is where off-plan is actually won or lost.

The failure is always the same shape. The thread lives on somebody's phone, the reservation lives in a spreadsheet, the payment stage lives in an email, and when the agent leaves the buyer has to start again with somebody who knows none of it.

The answer

Everything on the record

Every message, note, viewing, task and stage change sits on the client, inside the brand that owns them. A colleague picking it up sees the whole run in order, not a summary somebody typed.

If you run more than one brand, and off-plan teams usually do, each brand is sealed from the others: its own users, records, templates, domain and sending address, and one login for you above all of them.

Honestly

What is not there yet

No native portal sync. Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder enquiries reach Treasury by being forwarded to your brand's lead webhook today. Native connections are planned.

No official WhatsApp Business Platform inbox, no calling, and no Arabic interface. All three are known and none of them is being hidden.

Asked and answered

Questions

Can I set my own stages for an off-plan run?
Yes, per brand, in your own words. An import from your old CRM maps its stage names onto yours rather than onto ours.
Does Treasury hold units and payment plans?
It holds units, viewings and bookings, and the stage a deal has reached. It is not a developer's payment collection system.
What happens when an agent leaves?
Nothing is lost, because the thread was never on their phone alone. Reassign the client and the next person reads the whole history.
How much for a team of five?
EUR 79 a month for one brand, with sequences, automation, roles and reporting included, and no charge per person.
